How few calories do we consume at lunch, if instead of cookies we eat eggs for breakfast? In this article, we aim to help people to control their hunger because hunger makes people tend to eat food. How to face hunger? Eat eggs. Many studies have proved that eating eggs suppresses the feeling of hunger and provides you with quality protein. In this study, researchers gave eggs to a group of men as breakfast and sweets with equal calories (400 calories) to another group. The first group had 3 fried eggs and 1.5 white toast (23% protein, 22% carbohydrates, and 55% fat). The second group, on the other hand, had 1 sweet bread, 1.5 tablespoon cream cheese, and oz low-fat yogurt (protein 16%, carbohydrates 72%, and fat 12%). Three hours after breakfast, the subjects were given turkey, white bread, American cheese, low-fat mayonnaise, and apple for lunch. They were told to eat as much as they can until they become full and satisfied. The amount of consumed food was calculated. The first group consumed 110 calories less than the other group that was given sweets. Also, during the following 24 hours, the net consumed calories were lower for the first group.
