The Oregon State Beavers are 0-5 against the Washington State Cougars since October of 2015, yet they’ll get an opportunity to close the hole a smidgen on Saturday.
They will go face off at 10:30 p.m. ET Nov. 7 at Reser Stadium to commence their 2020 seasons. Oregon State battled a year ago, winding up 5-7. Similarly, a year ago was nothing to gloat about for Washington State (6-7), either, so the group is anticipating another beginning.
Two last-season details to keep in the rear of your head while watching: The Beavers tossed just four capture attempts last season, the fourth best among all groups in the country.
On the opposite finish of the spectrum, hardly any crews tossed a greater number of interferences than Washington State, who was taken out multiple times. The uplifting news for Washington State, obviously, is that these powers neutralizing them probably won’t continue into the new season.
