Worldwide superstars BTS are set to perform at the current year’s Mnet Asian Music Awards, or MAMA, Asia’s biggest music grants function.
On November 5, CJ ENM declared, “BTS has been confirmed for the lineup of performing artists for this year’s 2020 MAMA. As BTS has put on a number of legendary performances [at past ceremonies] that earned the cheers of their fans and will remain in MAMA history, people are already looking forward to finding out what kind of performance BTS will show at the 2020 MAMA.”
CJ ENM proceeded to uncover, “Through their performance at this year’s MAMA, fans will be able to see BTS perform songs from their new album ‘BE,’ which is due out on November 20.”
The MAMA will happen on Dec. 6 and will be communicated basically to a worldwide crowd. Official deciding in favor of the honors opened on Oct. 29 and will proceed until late on Dec. 5, Korea Standard Time, through MAMA’s site. 100,000,000 votes have just been cast.
BTS are up for five honors at the current year’s service: craftsman of the year, melody of the year with “Dynamite,” overall fans’ decision, best male gathering and best move execution male gathering for “Dynamite.”
Mother is delivered by CJ ENM and had its first show in 1999. Notwithstanding drawing in Asia’s greatest specialists, for example, BTS, TWICE, BIG BANG, 2NE1 and GOT7, the show has also featured global superstars like Stevie Wonder, Janet Jackson, Snoop Dogg, Dua Lipa and John Legend.
The 2020 MAMA will be hung on December 6 of every an “untact” (without contact) design.
