Her parents are Jon Wiig and Laurie Johnston Wiig. Jon was a lake marina whereas Laurie was an artist. She has a brother named Erik Wiig. Kristen follows Christianity as a religion. She belongs to white ethnicity and has American citizenship. Wiig stands to 5 feet and 5 inches in height and her weight is around 56 kilograms. She then co-starred in the movie Adventureland as Paulette in 2009. In the same year, she played the voice role of Pudgy Beaver Mom in Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. In 2009, she played the role of Suzie Reynolds in the movie titled Extract. Her breakthrough movie was the 2011 Bridesmaids, where she played the role of Annie Walker. She was also the writer of the movie. She then played the role of Missy in Friends with Kids. In 2012, Kristen played roles in two movies titled Revenge for Jolly! And Girl Most Likely.
